1. Cameras: The receiver has a 3.5mm jack, but you'll need to use the included TRS adapter to connect it to your camera. If using a GoPro, you'll also need a GoPro Media Mod (not included). Note that cameras often have poor built-in speakers, so you'll want to import the video to a computer for playback.

2. Desktop PCs, Laptops, MacBooks, and iMacs: For Windows devices, use the included Type-C to USB adapter to plug the receiver into a USB port. For MacBooks and iMacs, use the same adapter and then select "USB Audio 1.0" as the input in your Sound settings.

3. Android Phones and Tablets: If your device has a 3.5mm headphone jack, simply plug the TRRS connector of the receiver into it. If there's no headphone jack, use the included Type-C to Type-C cable.

4. iPhones and iPads: For iPhone models before the 7, plug the TRRS connector directly into the headphone jack. For iPhone 7 and later, use the included Lightning to Type-C cable. iPads with a 3.5mm jack can use the TRRS connector, while those without will need the Type-C to Type-C cable.
